Smithsonian Museum Special Program (Korean Ceramics): A pioneering six-month project creating a specialized cultural program for Smithsonian docents and board members. We coordinated advice from top Korean & U.S. experts for an in-depth study of Korean ceramics history and extensive field visits. The program, a first-ever attempt, earned the highest acclaim for its execution, marked by the use of exceptional interpretation—including the beautiful translation of an impromptu poem—highlighting our commitment to sophisticated cultural exchange and learning.

TAB served as the local Destination Management Company (DMC) partner in Korea for a UK-based sports marketing firm. Our role encompassed the full lifecycle of VIP customized programs: from initial proposal and meticulous preparation to on-site execution and comprehensive support.
Specifically, the TAB project team and dedicated coordinator were responsible for ensuring a seamless high-end experience in Korea by:

  • Proposing and securing optimal venues for high-level dining and meetings, perfectly aligning with the client’s preferences, group size, and desired standard of luxury.
  • Managing all venue reservations and contract processes.
  • Developing tailored, budget-conscious branding strategies to ensure a satisfying and cohesive event experience.

We proudly served as the local Destination Management Company (DMC) for our Arabic partners during the Korean installment of the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz International Award for Translation, hosted at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and a 5-star hotel.

Our commitment was to deliver the “best available” production, achieving this despite the limited preparation window. James Suckling Great Wines World Seoul turned into a true celebration, with over 1200 Korean wine lovers and top wineries from around the world who proudly showcased their wines. It was held at Grand Intercontinental Parnas Hotel Seoul.

In partnership with an Indian company, TAB designed and carried out a premium program that provided two VIP groups with unforgettable, best in-class experience in Seoul.
TAB collaborated closely with its Indian partner in planning the event, sharing ideas and selecting the best possible program options tailored to each venue’s conditions. With professional events execution, we ensured that international participants had an unforgettable and enjoyable experience in Seoul- one that will remain a cherished memory for years to come.

The Fireside Chat with a VIP event was hosted on May 19, 2025, by I Squared Capital, and co-planned and executed by TAB Int., which had teamed up with the best event executives for the VIP gathering held in Seoul.

Qatar-South Korea Trade Mission

The Qatar-South Korea Trade Mission 2024 hosted by the Qatar Development Bank, aims to strengthen commercial ties by connecting international importers, wholesalers, and distributors with Qatari manufacturers and service providers.
It encompasses sectors such as Building Materials and Construction, Plastic Products and Packaging, Adhesives, Paraffin Wax, Health and Medical Products, Sports Technology Services, Travel and Tourism Services, Engineering Consultation Services, and Dates and Date Products to foster mutual growth

TAB was working with WISE Consulting company based in Qatar for their project in Korea, assisting with organizing various elements for the event:
best available venue (hotel) sourcing, registration, AV, sound system, lights, onsite LED operations, branding materials production (photo-wall, registration desk and backdrop, banners, brochures, notebook etc.) MC, Interpreters and customized-giveaways etc.

The event went smoothly followed-by many meeting requests.

James Suckling Wine Tasting

Great Wines of the World Seoul 2023, Seoul’s largest premium global wine showcase event, presented by international wine critic James Suckling was held at The Hotel Shilla in October, followed by Great Wines Italy in November.
The event was featuring over 200 wines of some of the best producers from the top wine regions in the world, gathered by over 1000 wine lovers, who enjoyed great wines of the world and meeting James and world-famous producers in person.

TAB (also known as The Palm) was assisting with the whole setup incl. booths, backdrops, banners, and AV, sound, light etc.

The 6th WeGO General Assembly

“Smart City, Smart Citizen”
September 25-27, 2023 Seoul

WeGO (World Smart Sustainable Cities Organization) was hosting its 6th General Assembly in Seoul, chaired by Moyor Oh Se-hoon and more than 200 participants representing 58 local governments from more than 30 countries, including 24 mayoral-level representatives and 45 WeGO local government members joined the meeting in person. Participants visited the Smart Seoul Exhibition Hall and Magok LG Science Park during their visit and experienced the city’s high-tech smart city technologies.
TAB was coordinating with the whole event-related elements including flight arrangements, airport meet and greet services, transportation, tours, venue & restaurant sourcing, communication with hotels, onsite meeting operations (AV, sound, light, interpretation), designs & brandings, fabrications, program book etc.

HDFC Bank’s MDRT Training Program

HDFC Bank from Mumbai, India hosted a training program for 1600pax in KINTEX, Seoul in October 2023, TAB was executing its event in partnership with an Indian agency from Mumbai. The stage and most of production designs were made by the client. Preparation for construction and all necessary arrangements inc. AV, sound, lights, PFA & main stage artists, took a total of one month with 24/7 communication to deliver the most suitable resources locally to meet their needs. Despite of an intensive time for preparation and high-season challenging conditions, TAB was able to make the two-time events smooth-run with smiles and hugs in the end.

Kyunghyang Forum 2023

TAB has coordinating overseas & local speakers for Kyunghyang Forum 2023 with enthusiasm marking 5th year and this year we have brought together global luminaries such as New York University Professor Emeritus Nouriel ROUBINI, popularly known as “Dr. Doom”; world-renowned environmental thinker Dr. Vandana SHIVA; and rising young scholar Professor SAITO Kohei of the University of Tokyo to find a seek the path towards prosperity for all.

The Forum was held on June 28, 2023 at Lotte Hotel central Seoul and we appreciated our normal life is back and we were able to meet speakers in person.
