TAB International Speakers Bureau team coordinate with Kyunghyang Daily Newspaper Forum Program Committee arranging overseas speakers. Due to COVID-19 this year, some speakers will join The Forum virtually from the other side of the world.

This year’s theme is “COVID 19 and Its Aftermath: Roadmap for Navigating the Post-Pandemic World Order” and Forum will feature Paul Krugman, who is distinguished professor in the Graduate Center Economics Ph.D. program at the City University of New York as well as the winner of the 2008 Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences.

The Forum is also proud to be featuring world-famous economist Ha-Joon Chang, who is professor of economics at the University of Cambridge. We also have Thomas Frey who is among the world’s premier futurists and Executive Director of The DaVinci Institute.

The Forum will also feature a number of outstanding presenters who have most graciously decided to participate in our endeavor. Nathan Wolfe is a world renown virologist and author of the highly regarded book, The Viral Storm and Britt Wray is science storyteller, broadcaster, and author who has researched the correlation between climate change and mental health.

These presentations will be followed by talks from Robert Koopman, Chief Economist at the World Trade Organization, Gang Fan, President of the China Development Institute as well as Director of the National Economic Research Institute, and Motoshige Itoh, professor of international social sciences at Gakushuin University and architect of Abe-nomics under Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Their discussion will center upon how the countries of the United States, China, and Japan, amongst others, would seek solutions and coexistence in the new coming era.

Finally, the panel discussion towards the end of the day will feature Executive Director Frey, Dr. Koopman, President Fan, and Professor Itoh discussing the highs and lows of the COVID19 era alongside new models for development for the future.
